  • For project-based work, refunds are only available if the agreed-upon milestones have not been met or if initial deliverables do not align with the contract specifications.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of project initiation.
  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will only be processed if a formal request is sent to support@causaltwin.com with a detailed explanation of the issues.

Project Initiation and Delivery Policy

Our team is dedicated to beginning and completing projects on schedule and according to contract specifications:

  • Project work will begin upon receipt of a 20% deposit or purchase order, as agreed upon in the contract.
  • Expected timelines and delivery dates will be clearly defined in our contract and project plan.
  • CausalTwin, Inc. provides ongoing updates to keep you informed of project milestones and any adjustments in the timeline due to unforeseen factors.

Modification Policy

We understand that requirements may evolve as projects progress. Modifications are handled as follows:

  • Requests for minor modifications can be submitted to our team without additional cost within 14 days of a deliverable.
  • Major modifications or scope adjustments may require an updated contract, timeline, and associated fees. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any new costs before proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project or subscription with CausalTwin, Inc., please review the following terms:

  • Cancellations before project initiation are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits specified in the contract.
  • For projects in progress, cancellations may result in fees for work completed up to the cancellation date. Our team will work with you to finalize any outstanding deliverables if needed.
  • For ongoing subscriptions or support services, cancellations require a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle.
